The 70s was a great time, there were nice looking muscle cars, one dozen eggs cost 61 cents, a loaf of bread was 24 cents and you could get those 70s Fancy Dress Halloween costumes just about anywhere. The first Apple computer was born in 1976, the first test tube baby, and then there were tough times too. We had Watergate, the Vietnam war and of course the gas shortage.

But what about all those great TV shows? Welcome Back Kotter, Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, Scooby Doo, Maud and Mash. I grew up in the 70s and was so oblivious to all these problems that were going on around us. It was a good time, made lots of friends and got into lots of trouble.

Luckily I survived and to this day I still enjoy putting on that 70s Halloween Costume and my girl friend puts on her 70s Fancy Dress Halloween Costume and we take to all the local Halloween parties.
